Week of June 26
Eating at the King's Table Continually
"And Mephibosheth dwelt in Jerusalem because he ate at the king's table continually. And he was crippled in both his feet." (2 Sam. 9:13)
"Looking away unto Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith." (Heb. 12:2a)
All of us are like Mephibosheth, the grandson of King Saul (2 Sam. 4:4). Mephibosheth was lame; he was unable to walk. King David preserved his life, restored to him all his inheritance, and invited him to feast with him at the same table (9:1-13). After Mephibosheth received grace from David, he only looked at the riches on David's table; he did not look at his two lame legs underneath the table.
Whenever we look at ourselves, we discover that we are lame, and we become discouraged. After we have been saved, we should forget about our two lame legs and sit at the table of our King, Jesus Christ, to enjoy Him with all His unsearchable riches. We should only look at the riches on the Lord's table and enjoy them. By our enjoyment of the unsearchably rich Christ, He will transform us. (CWWL, 1965, vol. 2, "The Tree of Life," p. 200)
July Semiannual Training
The goal of Brother Lee's burden to hold semiannual trainings was to release the riches of Christ for the producing and the building up of the church as the testimony of Jesus and the reality of the Body of Christ. Brother Lee said, "If the saints are not properly constituted with the truth, they cannot live a proper life. If they only live by inspiration and not by the constitution of the truth, I do not trust in that kind of living to be a testimony of the Lord" (Elders' Training Book 3, p. 144).
It is only by having the divine truth in the Word thoroughly wrought into us that we can live and magnify Christ in our daily life, preach the gospel to the unbelievers, and present the truth and minister life to the seeking believers, thereby becoming the prevailing testimony of Jesus, the living Body of Christ. The upcoming July Semiannual Training will be held in-person in Anaheim from July 4 to 9 and by webcast in Los Angeles and around the world. The training will cover the crystals in 1 and 2 Kings. Please pray that the Lord will richly anoint the release and receiving of His word and take a further step in His move on earth to build up His Body and prepare His bride for His coming back.
FTTA Graduations
"Because out from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever. Amen." (Rom. 11:36)
This Saturday, July 2 at 9:30 am, the graduation meeting for the 2022 Spring Class of the FTTA, including a recognition of the FTTA-XB (Boston Extension) trainees, will be held at the Ministry Conference Center on the LSM campus. This meeting will also be streamed live at http://www.ftta.org.
In the afternoon, beginning at 4:00 pm, the graduation meeting for the FTTA-MA (Middle Age) will be held at 1855 W Ball Rd in Anaheim. This meeting will also be streamed live on Zoom.
Please pray for the Lord's leading of:
- all graduating trainees—89 FTTA, 15 XB, and 45 MA—to follow the Lamb wherever He may go;
- some to join in His move in one of the GTCA cities and cities with new campus teams;
- many college graduates, young working saints, and middle aged saints to answer God's call to go to the training next term.
GTCA
The burden to "gospelize, truthize, and churchize" America continues! Since 2020, a total of 375 saints have migrated to strengthen the Lord's testimony in 10 target cities and eight new campus teams began to function—five are complete and three are still building. This move has been supported through prayer, fellowship in one accord, and financial giving from the saints and churches.
Please pray that many saints, families, and full-timers will respond to the call to migrate to the following new target cities and campus teams:

Please continue to pray for the ruling of the heavens over the entire situation so that:
- The Lord will use the shepherding gospel trips to Warsaw and Krakow, Poland, in June and July to bring many to believe into Christ and lead many newly saved ones into the church life, where they can be perfected to be living and functioning members for the building up of the Body.
- The saints in Russia and Ukraine will be kept in the oneness of the Body and the reality of the new man, where Christ is all the members and in all the members.
- The shipment of Russian NT Recovery Versions that are held up in customs will be released and distributed among the refugees in Europe.
- The tripartite being of saints in besieged cities will be protected and preserved for the Lord's interests.
- As the Lord leads, saints may give through the Church in Los Angeles designated for 'UKRAINE'.

Week of June 12
God Becoming Man to Make Man God
"Concerning His Son,...who was designated the Son of God in power according to the Spirit of holiness out of the resurrection of the dead, Jesus Christ our Lord." (Rom. 1:3-4)
"Because those whom He foreknew, He also predestinated to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the Firstborn among many brothers." (Rom. 8:29)
Through His incarnation, crucifixion, and resurrection, Christ, the Son of God, became the firstborn Son, and the many sons, who are the brothers of Christ, are being conformed to His image. In Romans 1:3-4 Christ, the Son of God, is the prototype, whereas in 8:29 the many brothers are those who have been "mass-produced" from the prototype and, by being saved in life, will be conformed to the image of the firstborn Son.
This brings us to the matter of deification and implies that God's intention in His economy is to make Himself man so that, in Christ, we, the believers in Christ and children of God, may become God in life, in nature, and in constitution (but not in the Godhead); such an implication is exceedingly great, and eventually, the Bible consummates with this matter. July Semiannual Video Training Registrations
For saints in Los Angeles, the firm registration deadline for the upcoming Semiannual Video Training is Tuesday, June 14 ($130). Information and registration are at http://tinyurl.com/summertrainingla.
The general subject of this training will be on 1 and 2 Kings. In preparation, saints are encouraged to read the Recovery Version with footnotes and the Life-studies as their time allows.
May the Lord grant us to treasure these trainings and seize every opportunity to attend them not only to see the intrinsic essence of the divine revelation but also to serve as a proper audience for the unhindered release of the crystals in the Word of God. LA Young People
As our young people enter into their summer break, please pray for them to stay connected, have many experiences of the Lord, and attend the church in LA's 2022 Truth School from July 22 to 30.
FTTA Middle-Age Training
The Fall 2022 term of the FTTA-MA will be from September 12 to December 24. All classes are given in English, Chinese, Korean and Spanish and designed with a full year in view in two 15-week terms. Saints may also attend on a short-term basis.
Please pray for more saints in the Lord's recovery to seize this opportunity to be perfected. All applications must be received by the training office no later than August 23.
Ukraine
A reminder from the footnote on 1 Kings 8:48: "No matter for whom we are praying, our prayers should be aimed at the interests of God, i.e., at Christ and the church as God's interests on earth, for the fulfilling of God's economy." Please continue to pray for the ruling of the heavens so that:

Sri Lanka
The official languages in Sri Lanka are Sinhala and Tamil, and English is widely used in formal contexts. For translation of the ministry, we mainly focus on Sinhala and obtain materials in Tamil from India. Since the Sinhala NT Recovery Version project began in May 2021, the team has completed all verses, footnotes, and outlines of Matthew, Mark, and Luke. The entire project is scheduled to finish in five years. We are also distributing Rhema books online in both Sinhala and Tamil.
Four saints in Sri Lanka have completed the two-year full-time training. One of them serves on Bible translation, two serve full-time with the trainees and young people, and one takes a job while continuing to be active in the church services.
Please pray for:
- The stabilization of the political and economic situation, particularly for the government to be able to deal with the current economic crisis; for the saints who are in need during this time; and for many college students to be open to the gospel and to our shepherding in a time of drastic change.
- The seven current full-time trainees and for Lord to release more young people to be trained to become useful vessels to the Lord.
- The translation of the Sinhala Recovery Version Bible and the printing of the Gospel of Matthew.
- The online distribution of Rhema books that more readers could be gained through our Facebook ads, and for the team of saints tasked with caring for our 2,565 subscribers.

Week of June 5
David Typifying Christ, the Real David
"He will be great and will be called Son of the Most High; and the Lord God will give to Him the throne of David His father, and He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of His kingdom there will be no end." (Luke 1:32-33)
"For the Son of Man is Lord of the Sabbath." (Matt. 12:8)
The Lord's word in Matthew 12:3-4 implies that He is the real David. David had followers, and Christ, the real David, also had disciples as His followers. All of this implies that David and his followers were a type, a prefigure, of Christ and His disciples. The Lord's word in Matthew 12:3-4 also implies a dispensational change from the priesthood to the kingship. (CS 1 and 2 Samuel, msg. 7, I.B.1, a-b, 2)
In ancient times the coming of David changed the dispensation from the age of the priests to the age of the kings, in which the kings were above the priests. In the age of the priests the leader of the people should listen to the priest (Num. 27:21-22). But in the age of the kings the priest should submit to the king (1 Sam. 2:35-36). Hence, what King David did with his followers was not illegal. Now by the coming of Christ the dispensation has also been changed, this time from the age of the law to the age of grace, in which Christ is above all. Whatever He does is right. The matter of keeping the Sabbath belonged to the old dispensation of the law. But in the age of grace Christ has the final word. It is not a matter of law but of Christ. (The Conclusion of the New Testament, p. 721)
Ukraine
Since the war began on February 24, more than 6.6 million refugees have fled, mainly into Eastern Europe. Poland has received the bulk of the refugees—about 3.5 million. Another 700,000 have gone to Germany. In response, the saints have ministered to them through seven gospel trips in April and May, the last one concluding on June 5.
Through our meeting facility in Warsaw, Poland, and conference center in Gut Elim, in the heart of Germany, most of the 300 saints who have been evacuated have found refuge and comfort. In addition, the white horse of the gospel has been running. As a result, many thousands of the refugees have been contacted, with hundreds being saved and now desiring the fellowship.
There is a great need to feed the lambs. Therefore, two additional trips are being planned to focus primarily on shepherding Ukrainian saints, local saints, and new ones. We will concentrate on only two cities—Warsaw and Krakow—so the Lord can strengthen these two important lampstands in Poland.
Please continue to pray for the ruling of the heavens over the entire situation so that:
- The Lord will use the shepherding gospel trips to Warsaw and Krakow in June and July to bring many newly saved refugees into the church life, where they can be perfected to be living and functioning members for the building up of the Body.
- The saints in Russia and Ukraine will be kept in the oneness of the Body and the reality of the new man, where Christ is all the members and in all the members.
- The shipment of Russian New Testament Recovery Versions that are held up in customs will be released and be distributed among the refugees in Europe.

- The spiritual forces that seek to destroy the Lord's interests will be shattered, and God's move in His economy will advance.

European Young Peoples' Conference
This summer from July 31 to August 6 will be is the first in-person gathering of young people from across Europe in three years. Please pray for the Lord's leading, guidance and wisdom in all the considerations and preparations. May all the practical needs, including flights, be taken care of, and sufficient burdened serving ones be released. May the Lord meet the particular needs of the young people after the long period of isolation.
Bibles for America
The BfA Blog at http://blog.biblesforamerica.org currently has over 58,000 subscribers from all over the world. Blog posts cover topics related to the Bible and the Christian life, including categories such as Peace vs. Anxiety, Experiencing Jesus, Understanding God's Word, and many more. They highlight key footnotes from the NT Recovery Version and conclude with an offer for a free copy for those who reside in the US. Readers outside the US have still been able to receive the riches of the ministry through the blog posts and downloadable e-books.
Please pray that all those who read these blog posts will continue to feed on the riches in the ministry and grow in the divine life.
Madagascar
Madagascar is an island country off the east coast of Africa. There is currently one lampstand in the capital city, Antananarivo, where a property was purchased in 2020 and a meeting venue built in 2021. There are also saints meeting in four other cities.
Last December, a student training was held in Antananarivo with 40 young saints enjoying messages on "Shepherding for the Building Up of the Body of Christ." Many genuinely received the word of the ministry and enjoyed it. Please pray for the Lord to gain, train and equip many young people in Madagascar!

Week of May 22
Praying and Putting the Flesh to Death to Cooperate with Christ
"Thus says Jehovah of hosts, I will punish the Amalekites for what they did to Israel when they set themselves against them in the way as they came up out of Egypt." (1 Sam. 15:2)
"But they who are of Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and its lusts." (Gal. 5:24)
In typology, the Amalekites signify the flesh, the fallen man. The flesh denotes the totality of the fallen old man, our entire fallen being. In the entire universe God's unique enemy, in a practical sense, is not Satan but the flesh.
In the battle against Amalek, we need to cooperate with the Lord by praying and by putting the flesh to death. When we pray, we are one with the interceding Christ. When we put the flesh to death, we are one with the fighting Spirit. On the one hand, we must pray with Christ. On the other hand, we must slay the flesh by the fighting Spirit. Crucifying the old man was God's responsibility. Crucifying the flesh is our responsibility.
When Amalek is dealt with, the kingdom of God immediately comes in (Exo. 18:1-26). If we follow the Lord's word to utterly destroy the flesh and live and walk according to the spirit, we will have the kingship and will be in God's kingdom. (CS 1 & 2 Samuel, msg. 5, II, B, C.2, III.B.2, c-d, VI.C-D)

The 2022 International Memorial Day Blending Conference will be held in person in Anaheim at the Ministry Conference Center (1200 N Hubbell Way, Anaheim, CA 92801) as well as streamed online at http://conf.lsmwebcast.com. - The Ukrainian families that have been separated by the war will be preserved and eventually reunited for God's economy.
- The full-timers and local saints who care for the refugees will enjoy the Lord as their bountiful supply of grace, wisdom, and endurance.
- The spiritual forces that seek to destroy the Lord's interests will be shattered, and God's move in His economy will advance

Ethiopia
We are strongly praying and laboring for this ministry to spread all over Ethiopia so that the Lord may strengthen His move. Currently there are 8 churches in the country and over 50 localities where saints meet regularly. Twenty of these localities began to meet during the pandemic. This month, the Lord's Table is being established in two more major cities, Nekemte and Gimbi. We are also praying for the raising up of lampstands in Dembidolo and Burayu soon after that. Currently full-time serving brothers are laboring to strengthen the saints by staying with them for a month or two in these cities.

Week of May 8
Christ Being the Center and Content of the Church
"And they shall call His name Emmanuel (which is translated, God with us)." (Matt. 1:23b)
"And He is the Head of the Body, the church; He is the beginning, the Firstborn from the dead, that He Himself might have the first place in all things." (Col. 1:18)
"And the glory of Jehovah filled the tabernacle." (Exo. 40:34b)
Christ has gained us so that we might gain Him in order for God to be built into us and for us to be built into Him to become a corporate God-man, the reality of the church as the tabernacle of God, which is the house of the living God, the mutual abode of God and man.
In order to enter into the reality of the Body of Christ, we must see the intrinsic significance of the Ark. The Ark typifies Christ as the presence of the Triune God with His people for the carrying out of His economy to establish His kingdom on earth. The Ark was the center and content of the tabernacle, signifying Christ as the center and content of the church. The Ark being the first item mentioned in the vision of the tabernacle indicates that Christ occupies the place of preeminence in the church. (Crystallization-study of 1 and 2 Samuel, msg. 4, I, II, A-B).
The Church in Los Angeles
The whole church in Los Angeles will meet together this Lord's Day, May 15 at 10:00 am at Hall 1 and Hall 2. Please pray for a strong and healthy attendance so that together we may "run with endurance the race which is set before us, looking away unto Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith" (Heb. 12:1-2). Pray for a rich time of blending among the saints—across all the languages, ages, districts, and halls—for the Lord to gain His shining testimony and expression in Los Angeles.
Campus Team Retreat
From Monday, May 9 to Thursday, May 12, more than 330 full-timers from around the US and Canada who serve with college students and young people will gather at Oak Glen. Please pray for:
- The Lord to blend everyone together and harmonize us to invite God's blessing on the work with the next generation.
- The Spirit to speak, lead, and guide us to advance in our care for all these ones.
- The mutual encouragement and supply to be ministered all of the serving ones, strengthening and encouraging them in their service to the Lord.
Our Sixth Graders
This past weekend, 8 sixth graders from across Los Angeles participated in the in-person Sixth Grade Conference at Oak Glen. The main topic was "Where Are You?" with an emphasis on knowing your sinful condition before God, not hiding from God, and the salvation of God in the Church. Through the messages, singing, and group times each young person realized their need; all were convicted to pray to the Lord for their personal, definite and specific salvation.
The saints can pray for these "new ones" to:
- Declare publicly their salvation by being baptized in the coming weeks.
- Have a healthy and normal entrance into the church life and the practices of a normal Christian.
- Pray to the Lord just as they are and to develop a healthy habit of reading the Bible.
- Find companions and home meetings, even this week, to enter into the fellowship of the Body.

Italy
This weekend, May 14 to 15, there will be an international conference in Rome. We thank the Lord for the prayers of so many saints and churches throughout the earth, and welcome all the saints to blend with us so that together, as one Body, we might testify of the victory of Christ. The four messages will be given in English and translated into Italian simultaneously. There will also be young people's and children's meetings. Please pray for the Lord to bless this gathering for His further move in Italy, Europe, and the whole earth.

Week of April 24
Praying to Reach the High Peak of God's Eternal Economy
"And I saw, and behold, the Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with Him a hundred and forty-four thousand, having His name and the name of His Father written on their foreheads." (Rev. 14:1)
"Persevere in prayer, watching in it with thanksgiving." (Col. 4:2)
We have to realize what the Lord's recovery is. The Lord's recovery is to build up Zion, which typifies the overcomers as the reality of the Body of Christ to consummate the holy city, the New Jerusalem. The overcomers as Zion are the reality of the Body of Christ and consummate the building up of the Body in the local churches to bring in the consummated holy city, New Jerusalem, the ultimate Holy of Holies as God's dwelling place in eternity. In the new heaven and new earth the entire New Jerusalem will become Zion, with all the believers as the overcomers.
In the book of Revelation what the Lord wants and what the Lord will build up is Zion, the overcomers. This is the intrinsic reality of the spiritual revelation in the holy Word of God. We surely need to be desperate to pray at any cost and to pay the cost just as the apostle Paul did.
There is no other way to reach the high peak of God's eternal economy, the reality of the Body of Christ, except by praying. Our becoming the overcomers as the reality of the Body of Christ to be the bride of Christ will close this age, the age of the church, and will bring Christ as the King of glory back to take, possess, and rule over this earth with His overcomers in the kingdom age. Gospel Teams & Ukraine
Multiple gospel teams are currently in eastern Europe. This week, a second team of saints begins serving in Poland while trainees and staff from FTTA-XB and FTTA enter their third and final week there. In Hungary and Romania, two teams are now in their second of two weeks of service.
Please continue to pray for the ruling of the heavens over the entire situation so that:
- The teams going out to proclaim the gospel among the refugees in Poland, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, and Romania will be in good health and will find many sons of peace who will receive the Lord and be gained for the church life.

College Decisions
May 1 is National College Decision Day, the time when college applicants across the country must make their decision on which school they will attend in the fall. Let us pray:
- For our high school seniors in all the churches, including Los Angeles, to experience the Lord in His leading and care as they make a decision;
- That the Lord as the Leader and Savior would sovereignly direct many prospective freshmen, transfers, and grad students across the globe to campuses where they may be gained for Christ and the church;
- That we may be led to many sons of peace as we begin our outreach to the new incoming class of college students for Fall 2022.
LA Chinese-speaking Blending Retreat
This weekend, from April 29 to May 1, the Chinese-speaking saints will have a retreat at Oak Glen. The fellowship for the meetings will be on "Walking in the Steps of Abraham's Faith." Please pray not only for everyone's health and safety, but also for all the saints, especially the new ones, to be open and blended together.
May all see the God of glory more to live the life of the altar and tent and fight for the brother by interceding for the saints according to God and His economy and ministering the processed Triune God to the saints as their overcoming supply and enjoyment!
Bibles for America
BfA is now offering free physical sets of Basic Elements of the Christian Life, vols. 1-3 to residents of the US and US territories. These books cover topics such as the assurance of salvation, the power of the blood of Christ, and the key to experiencing Christ in our everyday life.
Please pray that all those who receive these booklets—whether newly saved or believers for many years—would be helped in establishing a firm foundation for a rich and meaningful Christian life!
Central and Eastern Europe and Balkans Blending Conference
The Central and Eastern Europe and Balkans Blending Conference will take place in Warsaw, Poland from April 30 to May 1. It will be held in a hybrid physical/online format with translation from English into at least 12 other languages. The subject will be "God's Economy in Faith" with two sessions of speaking from the recent ITERO and two more sessions of special fellowship.
Please ask the Lord to pour out His blessing! We believe this conference will provide an excellent opportunity for the Lord to speak an encouraging, supplying and comforting word to the churches and the saints in these regions that are being directly affected by the current, unprecedented world situation.
London Seminar
The next afternoon seminar in London will be on Lord's Day, May 1. The burden for this time is that the contacts could meet us at the seminar and that afterward there would be the one-on-one care and shepherding. Please pray that the Lord as the brooding Spirit would brood over these ones to seek them out. May the Lord release many saints to support the seminars and have good interactions with the new ones. May they result in the growth of the church life and the increase of the church.

Week of April 3
God Operating in Us
"For I know that for me this will turn out to salvation through your petition and the bountiful supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ." (Phil. 1:19)
"For it is God who operates in you both the willing and the working for His good pleasure." (Phil. 2:13)
In Philippians 2:13 Paul says that God operates in us "both the willing and the working for His good pleasure." Where within us does this willing take place? It must be in our will. This indicates that God's operation begins from our spirit and spreads into our mind, emotion, and will....The grace of Christ is with our spirit. However, God's operating to will in us involves not only our spirit but also our will. Therefore, God's operation must spread from our spirit into our will.
As God operates the willing within us, He carries out His working. This corresponds to Romans 8, where we see that God works not only in our spirit, but also in our mind and eventually in our physical body (vv. 6, 11). We will in our will, and we work in our body. The Triune God operates in us from our spirit, through our will, and then into our physical body. (Life-study of Philippians, pp. 103-104)
O Triune God, continue to operate in us both the willing and the working for Your good pleasure!
God's Economy in Faith
"...God's economy, which is in faith." (1 Tim. 1:4)
"And having the same spirit of faith according to that which is written, 'I believed, therefore I spoke,' we also believe, therefore we also speak." (2 Cor. 4:13)
The subject of ITERO last weekend was "God's Economy in Faith." God carries out His economy by dispensing Himself into us; we receive His dispensing by our spirit of faith—our regenerated human spirit mingled with the Spirit. Then we exercise this mingled spirit in any kind of meeting and in personal contact with other people to speak what we enjoy in the Bible and what we experience of the Lord.
Lord, fill our church life with much more believing (receiving) and much more speaking!
Southern California College Conference
We have 65 to 70 students from Los Angeles (including UCLA, USC, CSUN, and local community colleges) registered to attend the college conference this weekend, April 8 to 9. The topic of the conference is "Abounding Grace!" based on the recent International Chinese-Speaking Conference. On Friday evening, students and serving ones will gather in Westwood for a livestream of the first session. On Saturday afternoon, they will be in Arcadia for the remaining two sessions along with other college students from across Southern California.
Please pray for all of our students to see and experience Christ as the multiplying and abounding grace of God in His economy. Also pray that the newer ones would enter into the rich enjoyment of the Spirit of grace during every conference session.
SCYP Spring Junior High Conferences
The Spring High School Conferences are April 8 to 10 for brothers and April 22 to 24 for sisters. These gatherings will be held in a hybrid format with options to join online or in person at Oak Glen. The messages on "The Precious Blood of Christ" will help to solve three problems—separation from God, guilt in our conscience, and accusation from the enemy—so that we can partake of God as our portion.
We encourage all the saints—especially the parents, serving ones and college students—to pray for the Lord to open and soften the hearts of the young people to be good receivers this coming weekend!

Week of March 27
Having the Lord's Presence
"In this we know that we abide in Him and He in us, that He has given to us of His Spirit." (1 John 4:13)
"And He said, My presence shall go with you, and I will give you rest." (Exo. 33:14)
"When You say, Seek My face, to You my heart says, Your face, O Jehovah, will I seek." (Psa. 27:8)
The practical Emmanuel is the Spirit of reality as the presence of the consummated Triune God in our spirit. His presence is always with us in our spirit, not only day by day but also moment by moment.
The presence of the Lord, the smile of the Lord, is the governing principle. We must learn to be kept, to be ruled, to be governed, and to be guided not by His secondhand presence but by the direct, firsthand presence of the Lord. (Living in and with the Divine Trinity, msg. 4, II, D, F, 2)
We must have the Lord's presence. We must learn to pray, "Lord, if You will not give me Your presence, I will stay here with You. If Your presence does not go with me, I will not go. I will not be governed by Your help but by Your presence." We must go even further to pray, "O Lord, I do not want Your help, but I do want Your presence. Lord, I must have Your presence. I can do without Your help, but I cannot do without Your presence." (CWWL, 1961-1962, vol. 4, "The All-inclusive Christ," pp. 294-296)
ITERO
The International Training for Elders and Responsible Ones will take place by webcast this weekend, April 1 to 3. The general subject is "God's Economy in Faith"
Please pray for the rich and timely supply of Christ to be ministered to all the brothers that they may grow in life and be equipped further in their function and service. May the Lord gain and perfect all the brothers as able ministers of the New Testament, effective building material for the universal building up of the Body of Christ, and good stewards and serving ones in their respective local churches.
UCLA Spring Quarter
Last week, during UCLA's spring break, 49 saints including 37 students went on two simultaneous blending trips, one to Fresno and the other to Arizona. Some students from UC Santa Barbara, CSUN, and College of the Canyons were also able to join. We experienced the Lord's blessing through the blending, and we believe the localities we visited received much grace from the Lord.
This week marks the beginning of the spring quarter at UCLA. Please pray for the follow-up shepherding with all the students who participated in the trips, as well as the reconnecting with newer students through Bible studies and shepherding appointments. Also, pray for the upcoming college conference (April 8 to 9) and that 65 to 70 students, including high school seniors, would sign up by this weekend's registration deadline (April 3).
Ukraine

Cambodia
Since last year, the churches in Cambodia were able to enter into and enjoy the seven annual feasts online. The brothers would first get into the messages, then translate them into Khmer and make videos. In such a way, all the saints could enjoy the Lord's timely speaking and be strengthened and supplied.
In the capital, Phnom Penh, the saints could not go out to knock on doors due to the pandemic; instead, they became burdened to preach the gospel to friends and relatives around them. In Siem Reap, the saints found that their shepherding via online channels proved to be more effective than before, both in terms of the use of their time and the frequency of new ones' joining. Currently, there are 10 saints serving full-time with the literature and translation work.
Please pray:
- For the Lord to strengthen every saint to pick up the burden of shepherding and perfecting people.
- For the Lord to perfect the young people that they would be attracted by and constituted with the word of the Lord to become propagators of the NT ministry.
- For the literature work in Khmer, specifically for the translation of more ministry books to supply the needs of the brothers and sisters.

Week of March 13
Abiding in the Vine and Praying from the Head
"I am the vine; you are the branches. He who abides in Me and I in him, he bears much fruit; for apart from Me you can do nothing." (John 15:5)
"If you abide in Me and My words abide in you, ask whatever you will, and it shall be done for you." (John 15:7)
We live in the Divine Trinity by abiding in Christ as the true vine. As branches of the vine, we need to abide in the vine. To be in the Lord is a matter of union; to abide in the Lord is a matter of fellowship. The Christian life is a life of abiding in the Lord.
We abide in the Triune God by the teaching of the anointing. The anointing, as the moving and working of the compound Spirit within us, anoints God into us so that we may be saturated with God, possess God, and understand the mind of God; the anointing communicates the mind of Christ as the Head of the Body to His members by the inner sense, the inner consciousness, of life. (Living in and with the Divine Trinity, msg. 2, III, B, 2, 4; III.D, 4)
May we all exercise to pray according to the inner anointing, the inner consciousness of life, according to the mind of Christ as the Head of the Body.
SCYP Spring High School Conferences
The Spring High School Conferences are March 18 to 20 for sisters and March 25 to 27 for brothers. These gatherings will be held in a hybrid format with options to join online or in person at Oak Glen. The topic is "Samuel—A Man According to God," and will show the example of an overcoming Nazarite who, in the midst of an age of degradation, was consecrated, sanctified, and separated absolutely and ultimately to God.
We encourage all the saints—especially the parents, serving ones and college students—to pray for the Lord to appear to every young person during these times that they would volunteer themselves to Him for His purpose!
Refugees from Ukraine
More than 1.5 million refugees from the Ukraine have or will come into the European Union nations. Local churches in Europe are getting involved in hospitality for saints from Ukraine, and in preparing and distributing care packages and gospelizing at public locations. These actions have begun in Germany, Poland, Romania and Slovakia.
Please pray for the Lord's bountiful supply of the Spirit and physical stamina to all who volunteer to participate in these actions; may they enjoy the Lord as their grace, wisdom, and endurance. Pray for the care and comforting of the saints who have escaped into Europe. Also pray for the gospel to run among the refugees and for many to be brought into the church life.
As for the those who remain in Ukraine, continue to pray that the tripartite being of the saints who are under attack, including the brothers fighting in the army, will be protected and preserved. Pray that Satan's kingdom will suffer loss and that God's economy will advance in the spreading of the gospel and the building up of the Body.
A Report from Gut Elim
Lord's Day, March 13, the church in Bielefeld joined us for the Lord's table and lunch at Gut Elim (the conference center of the churches in Germany, pronounced goot). About 90 Ukrainian refugees are here with about 20 serving saints from churches in Germany. From 9 to 11:30 am we watched a Ukrainian Lord's Table on Zoom. Then we had a break. The Lord's table here started at 12 (all of us together) and ended after 2. Saints from multiple places with music and translation skills served together. A brother spoke in English and was translated into German and Russian. Multiple saints from Ukraine also stood to share. Afterwards, brothers moved tables and chairs and Bielefeld saints loaded the tables with food. Then we had a huge love feast and everyone stayed until quite late.
Zurich, Switzerland
From March 19 to 20, the saints in Tubingen, Germany will blend with the saints in Zurich, Switzerland and other surrounding localities, during which a Bible distribution in Zurich will take place. Please for the Lord's covering and mutual encouragement through the blending and definite contacts among the local Swiss people during the times of the Bible distribution.
Laos
Pray for the proofreading and printing of the translated materials of the Gospels of Matthew, Mark and Luke in the Lao language to be completed by the end of 2022.

Taking Christ as Our King, Lord, Head, and Husband
"Draw me; we will run after you—the king has brought me into his chambers—we will be glad and rejoice in you; we will extol your love more than wine…" (S. S. 1:4)
"Unto the economy of the fullness of the times, to head up all things in Christ, the things in the heavens and the things on the earth, in Him." (Eph. 1:10)
Our being headed up in Christ rescues us from the heap of the universal collapse in death and darkness, which was caused by the rebellion of the angels and the rebellion of man. The believers participate in Christ's heading up by being willing to be headed up in the church life, by growing in life, and by living under Christ's light.
To hold Christ as the Head is not only to take Him as our unique authority but also to stay intimately connected to Him so that His riches and life supply are dispensed into our being to cause us to grow with the growth of God, growing up into Him in all things and functioning out from Him so that all the Body causes the growth of the Body unto the building up of itself in love.
We have no right to divorce the Lord; we have no basis to forsake Him. We must take Him, love Him, honor Him, respect Him, regard Him, exalt Him, and cling to Him, rejecting Satan to the uttermost. Then we will be blessed. This principle can be applied to the entire human race, to every nation, to every society, to every family, and to every individual. If we love the Lord and hate Satan, we will be blessed. However, we will only get into trouble whenever we change and begin to love something other than Christ. Psalm 33:12 says, "Blessed is the nation whose God is Jehovah." Blessed is everyone—nation, society, group, and individual—whose Lord, Head, King, and Husband is Jehovah. Ukraine
Man looks at the victory or defeat of the nations. But from God's view, it is His people who are suffering, no matter which nation wins or loses… Today the world is a mess. Peoples are fighting against peoples and nations against nations. We can see war and famine everywhere. These are the works of Satan… If we have any strength at all, we should direct it to prayer. We must ask the Lord to take control of the situation so that God's children will not stumble and so that the gospel will continue to spread. Please pray for the ruling of the heavens over the entire situation so that the saints will be preserved, Satan will suffer loss, and God’s economy will advance in the spreading of the gospel and the building up of the Body. Pray that the Lord will surround the saints with His protection, that the souls and minds of the saints will be covered and guarded from the threats of the evil one, that the Lord will provide them with their daily necessities, and that they will realize and directly experience Christ as the Shepherd and Overseer of their souls.
Wednesday Night Ministry Meetings
The Wednesday Night Ministry Meeting will resume this week on March 2. Only FTTA trainees and staff are allowed to attend the live meetings in person; therefore, the saints and churches in Southern California are invited to watch the meeting free of charge via webcast starting at 7:25 pm at http://www.lsm.org/live. The meeting will be broadcast in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, and Korean. Message outlines will be posted on the same site.
Please pray for the ministry of the Lord's word week by week and for as many saints as possible to take advantage of the live broadcast format to be nourished and edified. Pray for the Lord's continued blessing of the Full-time Training in Anaheim and covering of all trainees and serving ones.
SCYP Spring Conferences
Registration is now open for the Spring High School Conferences. The registration deadline is March 6 for both the sisters' conference (March 18 to 20) and brothers' conference (March 25 to 27). Junior High Conferences are in April and the 6th Grade Conference is in May. These gatherings will be held in a hybrid format with options to join online through Zoom or in person at Oak Glen.
As we prepare for the upcoming conference season in Southern California, we encourage all the saints—especially the parents, serving ones and college students—to pray for the Lord to appear to every young person during these times that they may know and experience Him more in their daily living!
London Seminars
With nearly 10,000 active contacts in London, Amana Trust is planning a series of seminars in different locations in London on the first Lord's Day of each month from March through June. The first seminar takes place this weekend, March 6. These seminars should be very enjoyable times with singing, presentations on Bible topics and ministry resources, as well as refreshments and time for fellowship. They are opportunities to meet face to face with so many who have contacted us remotely.
Pray that the Lord will attract and gain the seeking ones for His testimony in London.
