Carrying out God’s New Testament Economy
“But I confess this to you, that according to the Way, which they call a sect, so I serve the God of our fathers.” (Acts 24:14a)
“Of which I became a minister according to the stewardship of God, which was given to me for you, to complete the word of God.” (Col. 1:25)
Paul was heavily burdened concerning God’s New Testament economy. Although he was not able to continue to work this out personally, he was given the opportunity to write the divine revelation. In Colossians 1:25 he says, “I became a minister according to the stewardship of God, which was given to me for you, to complete the word of God.”
Today we are burdened for the carrying out of God’s New Testament economy. This is the reason I have often pointed out that in the Lord’s recovery we are not doing an ordinary Christian work. On the contrary, by the Lord’s mercy and grace, we are here to carry out God’s New Testament economy.
The crucial focus of God’s New Testament economy is the all-inclusive Christ as our life, our person, and our everything. The divine economy is not focused on any law, regulation, teaching, philosophy, or practice. God’s economy is focused on one all-inclusive, wonderful person. This person is the embodiment of the processed Triune God, and He is realized as the all-inclusive life-giving Spirit, who is within us and upon us. This Spirit is working in us so that we may be brought back directly to Christ to enjoy Him as everything. I hope that we will all have a clear view concerning this. International Chinese-speaking Blending Conference (ICSC)
The 2026 ICSC takes place this weekend at the Ministry Conference Center in Anaheim from Friday evening, February 13 through Lord’s Day noon, February 15. The general subject is “Noah, Daniel, and Job—Patterns of Living an Overcoming Life on the Line of Life to Fulfill the Economy of God.”
The saints of all languages are invited and encouraged to attend all sessions; no registration required. Although most messages will be spoken in Chinese, this is not a conference for Chinese speakers only, but is one of the seven annual feasts among us in the Lord’s recovery. Translation into English, Korean, and Spanish will be provided via FM radio, ListenWIFI app, and Auracast-enabled headphones/receivers. Go to www.lsm.org/translation for more information about these translation options, including links to purchase recommended Auracast-enabled equipment.
For saints who cannot participate in person at the MCC in Anaheim, the conference meetings will be streamed by live webcast at www.lsmwebcast.com according to the schedule below. Afterwards, the archived recordings will be available for free without subscription for one month. Message outlines and expanded outlines with verses are already available on this site for the saints to download.

FTTA
The spring term of the Full-time Training in Anaheim begins on February 15, after the ICSC. Please pray for the safe arrival and return of all the trainees. May the Lord raise up many consecrated and trained young brothers and sisters who will cooperate fully with His present move to spread and build up His testimony in all over the earth.
Italy – Gospel Trips
The 2026 Winter Olympic Games in Italy began on February 6. Gospel trips are now taking place until February 23 around Milan. A report from Milan, Padua, Rome and Turin is available at tinyurl.com/mprt26.
Please pray that the Lord would open the way for the saints to stay in touch with new contacts met on previous trips. May He operate through all the tracts and literature distributed during the past week to turn the hearts of many local Italians. And may He continue to prepare the hearts of many seeking people to receive Christ in His word and be added to the Lord’s testimony in Europe.
Saints in LA may give through the Church in Los Angeles designated for “Italy Olympics.”
Germany – Stuttgart Meeting Hall
In 2023 the church in Stuttgart purchased a building near public transportation and a university, next to a large public park. The church has been strengthened, encouraged, and covered by the prayers offered by the saints all over the globe. Last year, they were finally able to advance to the next phase, completed most of the detailed planning, and anticipated the beginning of the actual renovation work this year. Following a thorough reassessment, the funds needed to complete this project total €1.97 million. Please pray:
- That the renovation process would continue in a timely and safe manner.
- That the saints in Stuttgart would continue to increase in the enjoyment of the Lord, grow in life and in numbers, and be equipped and perfected to be functioning members for the building up of His Body.
- That the necessary funds can be released for the sake of the Lord’s move in this region.
Donations designated for ‘Stuttgart Meeting Hall’ can be made through the Church in Los Angeles.
Czech and Slovak Translation Work
The labor continues to translate the NT Recovery Version into the Czech and Slovak languages. Our work on the Gospel of Matthew officially commenced on December 1, 2025. We anticipate that the translation of this first book will continue through June 2026. At that time, we look forward to providing the saints in Czechia and Slovakia with a foretaste of the NT Recovery Version—the complete Gospel of Matthew in both Czech and Slovak, including footnotes.
These initial two months have represented a vital period for our team as we transition from theory to practice. We have, for the most part, established our working procedures, are mostly on schedule, and are now refining our corporate and individual workflows.
As we move forward, we ask for your continued prayer:
- That the entire team would be preserved from any unnecessary distractions, remaining steadfast in our focus on the translation so that we may keep to the schedule as much as possible.
- That the Lord would increasingly become and remain the sole goal and true center of every team member in both their service and their daily lives.
- That the Lord would be our wisdom to understand and interpret the meaning of both the original Greek text and the footnotes, so that we may faithfully transfer the burden of the NT to all future readers.
