Living and Working according to the Dispensing of the Triune God

“But we all with unveiled face, beholding and reflecting like a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, even as from the Lord Spirit.” (2 Cor. 3:18)

“If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit.” (Gal. 5:25)

The lives of Noah, Daniel, and Job reveal the Triune God dispensing Himself, working Himself, into His chosen and redeemed people to fulfill His eternal economy; the entire Bible was written according to the governing principle of the Triune God dispensing Himself into us for us to experience Him, enjoy Him, and express Him for the fulfillment of His divine economy.

Job reveals that the Bible of sixty-six books is for only one thing: for God in Christ by the Spirit to dispense Himself into us to be our life, our nature, and our everything that we may live Christ and express Christ; this should be the principle that governs our life. The way to live and work in this principle is to be and do everything by the Spirit, with the Spirit, in the Spirit, and through the Spirit by exercising our spirit. May we all enter into a living and work in the dispensing of the Triune God, being and doing everything by the Spirit, with the Spirit, in the Spirit, and through the Spirit by exercising our spirit for the fulfillment of the divine economy.

The Believers

“Receive the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which Spirit is the word of God, by means of all prayer and petition, praying at every time in spirit…” (Eph. 6:17-18a)

Last week’s Semiannual Training on “The Believers (1)” presented many symbols, statuses, and blessings of the believers. Some symbols are the good seed (Matt. 13:24), the salt of the earth (5:13), the light of the world (5:14-16), living stones (1 Pet. 2:5), sheep (John 10:1-16), vessels of mercy unto honor and glory (Rom. 9:21, 23), pillars (Rev. 3:12), and stars (1:20). Statuses include disciples (Matt. 5:1), heirs of God (Rom. 8:17), brothers of the Firstborn Son (8:29), overcomers (Rev. 2, 3), the bride, the wife of Christ (19:7), and the army of Christ (19:11-16). Blessings are in the Triune God with all that He is to us in His eternal life with the divine nature (2 Pet. 1:4), transformation (2 Cor. 3:18), conformation to the image of God’s Son (Rom. 8:29), and glorification (8:30).

We have been born of God and now we are growing unto maturity. To experience the realities of the symbols, to participate fully in the statuses, and to experience all the blessings, we need to be open vessels. This is not to merely be passively open; our openness is active—loving the Lord, having hunger (Luke 1:53), receiving His word (Eph. 6:17), pursuing (Phil. 3:12, 14), coming to the Lord (1 Pet. 2:4; Heb. 4:16), and diligently seeking (Prov. 8:17).

In ourselves we are nothing and can do nothing. Let us pray:

• That all the saints have active openness, cooperating with the Lord however He leads or forbids, in both small and big matters.
• That they experience more variety and depth of the Lord’s richness.
• That they diligently pursue all the way to personal maturity and corporate building up for the preparation of the bride and the warrior.

Southwest College Training

The Southwest College Training will take place July 8 to 12 at Oak Glen. Around 340 saints, including around 240 students, will be attending. The topic is “Faithful Witnesses of Christ.”

Please pray:

• For the Lord’s fresh and personal appearing to each student so that they can be His witnesses to shine Him forth on their campuses.
• For the Lord to operate powerfully in each student so that they will not remain the same, but will consecrate themselves to the Lord for His purpose.
• For the sweet fellowship and blending among students and serving ones from many localities.
• For the enemy to be bound and have no ground to frustrate the training in any way, including sickness, practical services, travel, and atmosphere.

2026 FIFA World Cup Gospel Outreach

“Walk in wisdom toward those who are without, redeeming the time. Let your speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one.” (Col. 4:5-6)

Until July 19, saints from Los Angeles and nearby localities are going out into the communities to distribute Bibles and tracts at various World Cup-related gatherings. For many saints, it is their first time participating in such distributions; even some young people (accompanied by their parents) have joined and had a positive experience.

Our focus has not just been handing out Bibles, but having quality conversations with people in which we can feed them by reading at least one footnote to them. Many people have indicated a desire for further contact with us; we are doing our best to connect with them right away for fellowship. May the Lord anoint the follow-up and gain many of these ones for His purpose!

Please continue to pray:

• For the Lord’s word to run and be glorified (2 Thes. 3:1) and to grow mightily and prevail (Acts 19:20).
• For the participating saints to be all filled with the Holy Spirit to speak the word of God with boldness (Acts 4:31) to all kinds of people.
• For more grace-filled conversations (Col. 4:6) and remaining fruit (John 15:16).

Dublin Meeting Hall

As the capital of Ireland and one of nine target cities in the Lord’s Move to Europe, Dublin has strategic importance as the only predominantly English speaking city in the EU. It is also a significant city in the history of the Lord’s recovery because of the influence of the early Brethren who started here; they began to see that in the Scriptures that there is but one Body of Christ, regardless of denomination. As a continuation of this spiritual inheritance, the Lord’s table was established in Dublin in 2005. There are now about 70 in the table meeting, and the need for a suitable meeting place has become increasingly clear.

After much searching, the church has reached an agreement for the purchase of a meeting hall. The building is in a prime city centre area within 15 minutes’ walking distance to Trinity College. The interior space was recently refurbished and does not require renovation. The purchase price is €1.15 million. However, the financial need is now urgent, since a closing of escrow has been set at the end of July.

An update letter on the property, including a link to a video tour, is at lme.org/reports.html. Please pray concerning this burden. As the Lord leads and supplies, saints who are burdened to give financially may do so through The Church in Los Angeles designated for “Dublin Meeting Place.”
