Care Only for the Presence of the Lord

“There was a voice from above the expanse that was over their heads. When they stood still, they dropped their wings. And above the expanse that was over their heads was the likeness of a throne, like the appearance of a sapphire stone; and upon the likeness of the throne was One in appearance like a man, above it.” (Ezek. 1:25-26)

“Mary…sat at the Lord’s feet and was listening to His word….There is need of one thing, for Mary has chosen the good part, which shall not be taken away from her.” (Luke 10:39, 42)

We should care only for the presence of the Lord, not for anything else; in other words, we care only for the clear sky with the throne above it. (Crystallization-Study of Ezekiel, msg 7, VIII.D)

Memorial Day Conference

“The seasons (feasts) appointed by God as holy convocations signify the gathering of God’s redeemed people to have a festival with God for His joy and enjoyment so that the redeemed may participate in it with Him and with one another. According to Leviticus 23, there were seven annual feasts. Seven is the number of fullness. The seven annual feasts were in the fullness of God’s riches.” (Truth Lessons, Level 3, Vol. 2, chap. 8, sec. 2)

The Memorial Day Conference (May 26-29, in White Plains, NY) is one of our seven NT feasts. Lord, prepare us all to feast with You for Your joy and for our enjoyment with You and with one another.

Campus Team Reunion

The Team Reunion in Irving Texas, May 17 to 20, is a time where full-timers, students, and community saints gather to fellowship about the Lord’s move on the college campuses. Most saints are from the US, but some from Korea, Germany, and other international places will attend. The reunion will be preceded by a day of prayer by many of the responsible brothers serving on campus. Please pray that:

  • the Lord would blend us all together to be in one accord for His move;
  • through this reunion the Lord would take every campus on in their labor to gain the next generation, speaking in a very specific way;
  • the Lord would perfect the students and stir up in them the fire for the gospel to gain remaining fruit for His glory!

More Moving, More Seeing

“As I watched the living creatures, I saw a wheel upon the earth beside the living creatures, for each of their four faces….and the rims of the four of them were full of eyes all around.” (Ezek. 1:15, 18b).

“Do not be like a frog in a well—limited by your environment and able to see only what is directly above you in a very narrow way. You need to jump out of your “well” and participate in the Lord’s move. The more you are in the Lord’s move, the more eyes you will have and the more clearly you will see. The more move you have, the more you can see.

I can testify of this from my own experience in the Lord’s move. During the past years I have done much traveling….The more I travel, the more eyes I receive.” (Life-Study of Ezekiel, chap. 9, sec. 4)

Lord, move each of us to travel out of our own district, city, and nation so that we can gain a broad view of Your move on earth.

Oxnard and Ventura

The shining testimony of Jesus needs to spread to the cities of Oxnard and Ventura. Several saints who meet with the church in Thousand Oaks live in these cities. Please pray for the raising up of a church in one of these cities in the next twelve months.

A BfA Bible distribution, at a table in a shopping center in Ventura, will be held soon, probably in June. Ask the Lord to bring at least five actively seeking people, who live in Oxnard or Ventura, to the table.

Emigration Training

“The harvest is great, but the workers few; therefore, beseech the Lord of the harvest that He would thrust out workers into His harvest” (Luke 10:2). Pray for the thrusting out of burdened saints for the practical strengthening and building up of the churches in six key cities in Germany and for the labor on the college campuses.

The emigration training in Anaheim will be July 12 through August 4. This is for those who are burdened for the Lord’s move in Europe, especially to Germany. A detailed announcement and application are at http://lordsmove.org/training.html. Applications should be submitted by June 11.

Stuttgart

The church in Stuttgart is in need of a meeting hall by the end of June. Please pray that the most suitable location at the most affordable price would be released in a timely manner.
